Crew is a key element of the yacht management and essential part of superyacht experience. 


Employing professional and trained supeyacht crew is basic to keep your yacht running efficiently, well maintained and to deliver a luxury and exclusive experience on board.
SCS Yachting works in synergy with yacht Managers and Captain to understand the Owner’s needs and the technical requirements of yachts in order to elaborate an efficient structure to build the perfect team for their yacht.
We have a large database of experienced and qualified yacht Crew with who we maintain close relationships as well as encouraging and train new talent to the industry with our professional and certified courses.
Our recruitment team constantly double check the qualifications and references of each candidate, to assure that the Crew we proposed is the right fit for that position.
SCS Yachting is an MLC 2006 certified company by Rina. Our recruitment team makes sure that each candidate is informed of his/her rights and responsibilities prior to joining a yacht.

We interview each candidate who applies or registers with our agency with the same care and attention, regardless of their age, gender or nationality.     Yacht Crew Interior Training

    To suit the Italian yacht market needs, SCS Yachting in collaboration with Rina Accademy and certified teachers, it provides specific training for superyacht Stewardess and Steward.

    Our Course “Silver Service” e “Believe in doing a great Job” is aimed at hostesses and stewards wishing to acquire or improve high standard service skills, essential requirements for working on board luxury yachts. For each module the relative attendance certificates will be issued.

    TARGETED TO: hostesses and stewards who desire to receive highly
    qualified and professionalizing training to improve technical skills and communication skills.
    DATES: November 24 – 25, 2023
    LOCATION: GRAND HOTEL SAVOIA – Via Arsenale di Terra, 5 – 16121 Genova, Italy
    COURSE DETAILS: Course is in Italian; course materials, welcome coffee and lunch are included; limited places.
    CERTIFICATION: Relevant attendance certificates certified by Rina Academy will be issued for each module.
